A Tramex ME5 moisture meter is used on every inspection. A FLIR E54 thermal imaging camera may be used as an aid where it helps. We service the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

How does a CYTE inspection work?

1. Request a quote. Call or send the form and we'll confirm a fixed price before you book.
2. Confirm your booking. You'll receive a short pre-inspection agreement outlining what's covered and the access required.
3. The inspection. We inspect all readily accessible areas of the property: interior, exterior, roof space, subfloor and site. Wet areas and damp-prone surfaces are tested with a moisture meter. A thermal imaging camera and a laser level may be used as aids where they help decide where to look more closely.
4. Your report, the same day. Your written photo report is emailed the same day.

Everything is organised by area (interior, exterior, roof space, subfloor and site) for easy review, with clear photos and plain-English explanations. Major defects, safety hazards and timber pest findings are clearly identified. Where a specialist is needed, the report tells you who to contact.
