CYTE Building & Pest Inspections is a QBCC licensed and insured building and pest inspection business based in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast. We carry out combined building and timber pest inspections to AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3, with a full written photo report delivered the same day — for buyers, sellers and owners across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern NSW.

Every inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment, supplemented with professional-grade tools to help identify issues that may not be obvious to the untrained eye.
Standards
Building inspections follow AS 4349.1, covering structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, the roof space, subfloor and site drainage within the readily accessible areas. Timber pest inspections follow AS 4349.3, covering evidence of termites, borers and fungal decay, as well as conducive conditions.
