CYTE offers three kinds of building and pest inspection on the Gold Coast: a pre-purchase inspection for buyers before the contract goes unconditional, a pre-sale inspection for sellers going to market, and an annual building and pest inspection for owners and landlords keeping on top of their property. Each is a combined building and timber pest inspection in a single visit, carried out in accordance with AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3, with the written photo report delivered the same day.

What's covered
All reasonably accessible areas of the property — interior, exterior, roof space, subfloor and the site — assessed in a single visit, in accordance with AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3.
How it works
Call or send an enquiry, and we confirm the fee upfront and the time with you and the agent. Prior to the inspection we send a simple booking link with the pre-inspection agreement to sign, and your written report, with photos, is emailed to you the same day.

Prior to the inspection we send you a simple booking link to fill in your details and sign the pre-inspection agreement, which sets out exactly what is covered. We can help coordinate access with you or the agent if needed. Payment can be made prior to the inspection, or prior to receiving your report.
Same-Day Written Report
You’ll receive a clear, photo-rich, easy-to-understand written report in your inbox the same day as the inspection. After every inspection we go through the report and findings with you, so you understand exactly what was observed and what the recommendations mean.
